TurkishGlass Showcases Sustainable Façade Expertise at ZAK World of Façades Boston 2025
TurkishGlass reinforced its global standing with a strong presence at the ZAK World of Façades US Conference, held in Boston on 16 April 2025.
At the conference, TurkishGlass created a dedicated interaction zone where architects, façade engineers, and contractors could explore Türkiye’s latest high‑performance, low‑carbon glass solutions. The highlight of the day was TurkishGlass Vice President Tansu Kumru’s presentation titled “Every Project Has Its Own Story.” Kumru remarked, “With an annual flat‑glass production capacity of 200 million m² and exports to 175 countries, Türkiye has become a hub for next‑generation façade glass,” citing flagship projects across North America, Europe, and Africa.
Building New Bridges in the U.S. Market
TurkishGlass Vice President Tansu Kumru and our delegation, consisting of glass processor company representatives visited the Boston Commercial Counsellor’s Office to review U.S. market trends and customs regulations. At the meeting, information was given about the Turkish glass industry and its activities in the USA, while information was received about the construction and economic activities of the USA in the upcoming period. Following the meeting, our member companies held consultations with façade‑system suppliers and developers based in the United States, discussing potential collaborations
